The facilities were good, and I had a consultation with a female director. She was very clear, saying things that can’t be done absolutely can’t be done, and whether you would see a certain level of effect or not. Of course, the consultation itself didn’t even last 5 minutes... But I strongly got the impression that it was factory-style, and a staff member who was curt before the wait became kind once the wait got longer. When I asked the consultation manager about CCTV, they said there is a fee to view it and that this is “under the Medical Service Act.” But I laughed to myself. They seem to think the Medical Service Act is all-powerful, but as someone who studied law, there is no Medical Service Act provision requiring payment to view it...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Then why did the previous hospital say they disclose it? I did go only for the director, but it feels like the hospital ruins that whole image.
