I had a small, low nose, so no matter which clinic I went to, they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would not be enough. I was recommended all sorts of things, including costal cartilage, mesh, Medpor, and artificial cartilage, but I heard too many negative things about mesh and Medpor, so I had nose surgery at Premier using donated costal cartilage! They say donated costal cartilage can feel hard and firm, but it is not particularly uncomfortable and I do not really feel a foreign-body sensation. They said they used it by reinforcing it with septal cartilage??? Since my glabella was also very low, they said they used silicone starting from the upper area. I like the line, it does not feel like only my nose is excessively protruding, and I am 100% satisfied haha
