I had a consultation here, and in one phrase, it was a bit ambiguous. The consultant was nice and the director did explain things kindly, but it felt more like they were explaining what that surgery is rather than the structure of my eyes? For example, if they said my eyes need ptosis correction, it felt like they focused more on explaining what ptosis correction is rather than why ptosis correction is necessary for my eyes, so I wasn't really drawn to it.. If it's your first surgery and you feel like you really don't have much information, it might not be bad to go.
