This is a review of getting contouring injections at Gangnam IU. I’m dragging out everything I did a while ago to raise my level lolololol
My memory is fuzzy, but I think I had 4 sessions on my jaw and lower cheeks and 1 session on my cheekbones, with about a month between each. Honestly, about a month after the first session (jaw + lower cheeks + cheekbones), I thought, oh, did my face get a bit slimmer? After getting all the rest... I seriously couldn’t really tell...... When I was leaving after finishing everything, the manager asked if I was satisfied. When I said, “Oh, I’m not really sure,” she said that usually people get good effects when they receive it like this, and she seemed regretful by herself lololololol Sometimes it looked like I had lost some volume, and other times I wondered whether anything had actually changed from before... IU Clinic’s prices were also very cheap compared with other places, and they advertised that there were no steroids, so I went for it right away (this is just my personal thought, but spending several million won on contouring injections when you don’t know whether they’ll work is a bit much..). I think contouring is really just about self-satisfaction. Like, at least I tried contouring injections!! I tried it, so I have no regrets! Like that... lol It may be because my face swells easily, and I’m originally a slim body type that doesn’t gain much fat except on my face, but looking at people around me too, it really seems to vary case by case. If you want a dramatic effect, you should get liposuction. Contouring seems so case by case and person by person that it feels like a procedure that’s almost half a gamble.
Still, if there is someone who re~ally wants to try it, since I had no side effects, I think it’s not bad to do casually without expectations.. but spending money with no expectations does feel like a bit of a waste... Even so, I don’t regret having tried it.
