The desk managers were nice, but the consultation manager wasn’t great. Their tone was curt... It had exactly that large-clinic feel. I got a diagnosis for canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery from Director ㅈㅌ, and although he answered the things I was curious about well, he looked a bit tired. Canthoplasty was one thing, but I was flustered when he said I also had a little ptosis. Still, it was good.
