The consultant was very kind to me. They said there was a wait because of the previous surgery, and even brought me tea, which was nice. I didn't wait that long, but when the doctor came in, they politely greeted me first and apologized for being late. This was the first place I had a consultation, and the consultation was good. Maybe because they are very confident in the double-line removal field, they said confidently that mine was not even a difficult case and would turn out well, which I liked. However, the price was a bit... I don't know what standard they use for pricing, but I got an estimate for double-line removal + ptosis correction, and in reviews here...
