The director wasn't particularly kind, and honestly, they said things that were hurtful, so I didn't feel good. They were also blunt. The consultation manager was very kind. But the director kept saying that almost everything about my nose surgery couldn't be done, so I felt too self-conscious to ask questions and couldn't really ask properly.
