The director doesn’t seem especially friendly, but he doesn’t ask for unnecessary procedures and seems like someone with firm opinions. With his own surgical method, he performs the surgery so that a piggy nose is still possible afterward, and as someone who likes comfort, I thought that was a good point. The consultant didn’t feel particularly friendly either.
