I went after making a same-day consultation appointment, but they said the director was in surgery, so I couldn’t see the director and only consulted with the consultation manager before leaving. The clinic facilities were really nice, and the consultation manager and staff were all kind. I just felt disappointed that if the director had a surgery schedule, they could have let me know beforehand, even before I went in for the consultation. It kind of felt like a waste of time..ㅠㅠ They suggested scheduling another consultation, but I just left without booking one..
