I really had very little facial fat, so I had severe hollow cheeks and my side cheekbones also protruded quite a lot Since I didn’t have much fat, they had no choice but to look even more prominent But after getting cheekbone surgery and fat grafting together, my face shape really changed completely I’m 3 months post-op now, so it looks just right and pretty, and I’m really satisfied. I haven’t done the second round of fat grafting yet If it seems to go down to the point where I feel a little disappointed, I’m thinking of doing it again then But I heard that after cheekbone reduction or square jaw surgery, cheek sagging definitely happens, with only the degree differing from person to person How long after surgery should I expect cheek sagging to start?
