I had a consultation around November, and during the rhinoplasty consultation, they didn't separately take any photos or anything. Still, since it's a large hospital, I got the impression that the consultation moved along smoothly, as if they had a lot of surgical experience. I kind of felt like the director was good at identifying what male patients need for surgery, so I liked that part.
