Before <before surgery> Before <before surgery> <5 days after surgery> <7 days after surgery> <15 days after surgery> <15 days after surgery> Before surgery, I had a hump and a big nose, or how should I put it... my nose looked like Mr. Baekga's, so I had surgery. Honestly, I know it's still too early to write a review since it's only been 2 weeks, but I like the shape and also have some things I'm curious about, so I'm writing this. I wanted my nose to become smaller, and I wanted it to look as small as possible from the front.
For the nasal bridge, I only had the hump removed and didn't put in silicone separately. During the consultation, they said the hump isn't cut off as smoothly as a machine would do it, so I might be able to feel it, and asked if that was okay. I didn't want to make my bridge any higher, so I asked for implant-free surgery. Instead, I had lateral nasal bone osteotomy, one side of ear cartilage placed at the nasal tip, and alar reduction surgery. So I think the surgery cost more than for people who used an implant....... probably lol
It's before surgery / 7 days after surgery / 2 weeks after surgery. I definitely had the alar reduction done with an external incision... but there's almost no scar (lucky me). But swelling in the osteotomy area is still remaining in a triangular shapeㅜ
