For years I used double eyelid glue/tape, and even though I suffered side effects from double eyelid glue for 1 year before surgery (it was really severe, with oozing and swelling..), I couldn’t leave the house without double eyelids, so normally I used double eyelid tape, and when doing makeup I used double eyelid glue while accepting the side effects. Even when I went for the surgical consultation, I was nervous wondering what if I couldn’t have surgery because of the side effects, but thankfully they told me not to use double eyelid glue from now on and to manage it well.. I had my consultation/surgery with Dr. ㄱㅈㅌ at ㅈㅇㅌ Plastic Surgery Clinic, and it was nice because he designed the line very precisely and seemed to understand all the points I wanted. The long-awaited surgery day…!!.. Actually, I used double eyelid glue 2 weeks before surgery and got some side effects!!! I had been managing it really diligently, but of all times.. So my eyes weren’t in the best condition, and I applied moisturizing cream diligently and got it to calm down as much as possible before going, but thankfully I was able to have surgery. The surgical method was to put me under sleep anesthesia for 5 minutes, then wake me up to check while I opened and closed my eyes. First of all, I found the surgery fun(?) It didn’t hurt at all, and the feeling was fascinating. After it ended, I slept so well in the recovery room and came home.
Three days after surgery, I wore a hat and went about daily life, and everyone said there wasn’t much swelling and praised me a lot, saying it turned out very natural. Now it’s been 1 month and there’s still some swelling, but everyone who sees me says!there are no surgical marks! and that it turned out really well hahaha
The epicanthoplasty was done just prettily, not too excessive and not too unnoticeable, and I could really feel that my eyes got noticeably bigger!
The clinic was recommended by my mom’s friend!! (3 minutes on foot from Sinsa Station)
I’m currently very satisfied… I’m free from double eyelid glue/tape. Thank you for doing the surgery so beautifully..
