I went to 4 places for rhinoplasty consultations, but there isn’t anywhere I really love,,
My nose condition - the bridge is high but wide, with a bulbous nose feel, the tip height is slightly droopy, nasolabial angle adjustment is needed, first rhinoplasty
What I want from rhinoplasty is (closed approach because of recovery time) as natural as possible 1. Improve the rounded nasal tip from the front 2. Raise the nasal tip a little to improve the protruding mouth look from the side + if possible, nasolabial angle correction? (I’m thinking of improving the protruding mouth with filler or an implant in my chin after doing my nose) I always Photoshop 1 and 2 + nasolabial angle correction,, I’ll attach photos (top photo unedited x, bottom photo edited o)
I’m deciding between two hospitals, but that doesn’t mean I completely love either of them lolololㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Septal cartilage + ear cartilage tip cartilage tying, no cost burden x It’s all my own material, so no worries about side effects, the nose stays soft, can slightly improve 1 and 2 that I want, nasolabial angle correction not possible, the consultant had surgery like this 10 years ago and still has that nose (aesthetic sense is okay) They took CT and photos, but said they weren’t ready, so the consultation was just looking in the mirror; waited an hour and talked with the director for 3-4 minutesㅎ Before/after photos checked O
2. Nasal bridge osteotomy, silicone, autologous rib cartilage, nasolabial angle correction, nasal tip A closed-rhinoplasty specialist hospital that does a lot of revision surgeries, the nose is less soft than hospital 1, can improve everything I want, nasolabial angle correction possible, cost burden Ooooo, since it’s autologous rib cartilage there are fewer side effects but it leaves a scar, other hospitals said putting silicone in my current nose would make the bridge even higher so they don’t recommend it.
