I saw before-and-after photos of someone whose eye shape and appearance looked really similar to mine, so I went for a consultation right away. I showed that person’s before-and-after photos to the director, and I was able to hear an explanation of how the surgery would need to be done to get similar results. He explains well in a calm, gentle way! It was easy to understand. The consultant also explained things well without anything like pressure.
