I understood why they insist on fat removal. It felt like my perception of repositioning somehow changed. I had a lot of concerns about my under-eye skin, so I got many recommendations for places said to be skilled and went for a consultation, but I came back with a recommendation for removal rather than repositioning. It seemed like surgery could be done permanently without scars compared with repositioning, so I even booked the surgery. Also, since the surgery is performed by making an incision in the conjunctiva on the inside, the fact that incision and hemostasis are done at the same time seemed like an advantage.
