I originally went there for philtrum reduction, but after measuring my philtrum with a ruler, they said my philtrum was on the shorter side and told me not to do it. Instead, they said the reason it looked short was because the mouth corners were too thin, so they recommended mouth corner surgery + philtrum dimple surgery, but I was scared I’d end up looking like the Joker, so I only proceeded with philtrum dimple surgery.. After 1 year since surgery, it has become a little more concave than before. But a lot of it came back compared to the beginning.. I’m not exactly very satisfied with the effect. Since I was going under sedation anesthesia anyway, I also did Rejuran, but I saw almost no effect. There was barely any embossing, and I wasn’t satisfied with the spacing of the embossing either, so that was disappointing. The director and consultant were kind and meticulous. The front desk staff were just so-so.
