Maybe because my needs weren’t properly reflected during the first surgery, the height of my nose wasn’t very different from before. I didn’t know what the problem was, and I had all kinds of thoughts about whether there would be a big change even if I had surgery this time, but I figured I should at least get a consultation, so I went and received one. They explained in detail which parts had not been reflected regarding the surgery and what would be good to improve, and that was really nice.
