I went in with much higher expectations than for other clinics. I was tempted because the consultant was very kind, but after consulting with the director, I came right out lol It was the most unfriendly clinic among the ones I’ve visited, and the doctor looked at the patient as if they were pathetic(?) They talked as if their own opinion was the only option. I don’t think I’ll go twice.
And I don’t know if it’s a characteristic of the clinic, but they kept talking only about thread lifting. I even wondered if they specialized in facelifts/lifting rather than nose and eyes... Even refunding the reservation deposit was unsatisfactory. When I asked about a reservation deposit refund, they said the deposit was non-refundable and that I could only receive dermatology procedures worth that amount. I argued a lot because of that, and it was my first time seeing a place this exhausting. The consultant and the administrative staff didn’t communicate at all, and if I hadn’t had the recording, I might have been charged unfairly.
