He isn't particularly friendly, but he answers questions well. I like that he explains why this isn't possible and why that isn't possible. Clinics that say everything you want is definitely possible are the ones you really need to avoid, and I like that he wasn't like that. Since this is a revision surgery, I think I need to be careful, so I'm planning to look around at a few more places first.
