I talked roughly with the consultant about which areas I wanted surgery on, then had a consultation with the director. The director looked right at my eyes and immediately picked up on what surgery I would need, and it matched what I wanted and what other clinics had told me, so I felt I could trust him. For my nose, he said the nasal tip is pretty but the bridge is on the low side, so we should only raise the nasal bridge with silicone.
