First of all, I think the manager explained things for about an hour. It was very professional, and I went in simply thinking only about nostril reduction, but they gave me a detailed and specific diagnosis of my nose shape. They pointed out exactly what I had also been feeling in daily life and explained what should be done in order of priority, which was good. The director also clearly told me what was needed, so that was good.
