I was snooping around local dermatology clinics, got disappointed, and eventually came back lol. The consultant was still kind, and thanks to her combining mainly the procedures I needed, I was able to get what I wanted! The director who performed the procedure also looked at everything very meticulously, and every time they moved on to a different mode, they explained it well, so I was able to receive the procedure comfortably lol
