As I saw in many reviews, the doctor gives off a very cool, no-nonsense vibe. Still, as befits an authority in cleft lip and palate surgery, they seemed confident about surgery. They do not take separate CT or X-ray images, and seem to place importance on the harmony of the nose within the face. No pressure, and they are kind.
