It is a factory-style clinic, but the procedure itself is light, and the system is so well organized that I would recommend it even considering that it is factory-style. All the staff are kind, and the waiting time is short. Also, foreign-language staff are stationed there, so you can visit even if your Korean is not fluent. For laser hair removal, I bought the cheap package, so it hurts a bit, but it ends quickly, so it's bearable
