Two of my friends had surgery at First Button, and the results were so natural and matched the look I’m aiming for, so I had a consultation and booked right away. The consultant in charge and the director were both very kind. During the consultation with the director, I also asked about alar reduction and nasal bridge osteotomy, but they said I didn’t need them. Since they didn’t over-treat, I actually felt more reassured. The surgical result is really natural. Other people can barely tell whether I had it done or not. But the before-and-after difference is definitely there, so I recommend it for people like me who want a natural-looking nose. However, I don’t recommend it for those who want the nasal tip to be clearly lifted or the nasal bridge to be very high.
