A truly factory-style dermatology clinic, exactly that. Professional and detailed consultation for each individual patient? Absolutely impossible. They said full-face laser hair removal was finished after barely waving the device around for not even 20 seconds, so I was so dumbfounded that I requested a refund, but they said it was impossible. Even though it is clearly a consumer right, they said it was impossible and tried to persuade me by saying they would add one extra session, so I should keep receiving treatment. I don’t think I’ll ever go again.
