Both the director and consultant were kind and gave thorough consultations, so I decided and had surgery there. I heard the doctor had done many functional-cosmetic surgeries since the Conopi Hospital days, and it really does seem important to have many surgical cases. It came out the way I wanted, and I didn’t know much about actual-expense insurance reimbursement, but the consultant kindly explained it well, so I’m grateful
