My eyes weren’t exactly small to begin with, but I wanted a puppy-like look, so I had incisional lateral lower canthoplasty! At first the swelling was so bad that for 2 weeks I couldn’t wear contacts or makeup, but now they’ve opened naturally and I’m so satisfied!! They didn’t become D-shaped, and if I don’t say anything, people can’t tell~ But there’s definitely a before-and-after difference, so I’m not thinking about revision surgery either
