Around one month after my rhinoplasty, I felt it seemed too high, so I went to have the cartilage removed. The director was cynical.. and felt like he answered only the questions I asked, but answered them well. Most importantly, he spoke as if he didn’t really recommend surgery. He said there was still swelling and that it wasn’t raised in a very unnatural way.. I’ll think about it some more for now, and if I decide to lower it, I think I’ll do it here.
