Before <before surgery> Before <eye photo before surgery> <one month post-op> It’s been one month since I had double buried-suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + upper canthoplasty + ptosis correction + fat removal!!
I used double eyelid tape or glue for about 6 years, so the skin around my eyes had sagged quite a lot, and my eyes looked sleepy, which made them look really heavy and stuffy. After getting it done, my eyes definitely look clearer and softer, so I think I’m glad I did it!
I asked them to make my eyes naturally prettier without looking too dramatic, and they did exactly that!
When I first got it done, the swelling on the first day was so severe that I wondered if it had really gone well, but after doing cold compresses, taking lots of walks, and drinking pumpkin juice regularly, I could see the swelling going down day by day! And after the stitches were removed, the swelling went down even faster!! Honestly, after getting the stitches removed, I didn’t really do warm compresses regularly, and I didn’t apply scar ointment properly either, just when I remembered? I applied it like that... But considering I didn’t really manage it well, I think it’s pretty okay haha
It’s only been a month, so there’s still swelling and my eyes look a bit intense, but once more swelling goes down and everything settles, it’ll look more natural, right?
