Before <before surgery> After <after surgery lolol> The nose shape itself wasn’t necessarily ugly, but everyone in my family has a broad, spread-out nose ㅜ The nasal tip area wasn’t that severe, but I was really extremely stressed because of my alar base/nostril wings ㅜ... I also have cheekbones, and with my nose looking big too, my face felt too overwhelming, so I put cheekbone surgery off for now and did alar reduction first lol
I didn’t do anything else and only got alar reduction by itself. They also recommended nasal tip surgery, but I had no money lol... so I only got alar reduction.
They said that because my skin is thick, a non-incisional method probably wouldn’t work, and I thought so too, so I got the incisional method.
After the stitches were removed and the swelling went down, I thought it didn’t feel extremely dramatic, but when I compared it with old photos lolololololololololololololol it was dramatic ^^... When I said it seemed like there wasn’t much difference, they showed me the photos taken before surgery, and I was like, wow, there’s a huge difference, thank you, and came right out lololol But people around me don’t really notice. They just ask if I lost weight? Maybe because the impression changed to a slimmer look? lol
When I say I had surgery, my friends say there’s no difference and ask if it wasn’t a waste of money, but it’s for my own satisfaction ^^ I was satisfied. If anyone is considering it, I recommend just making up your mind and going for it. Unless you lift the nose and look underneath, the scar doesn’t show, and my alar width was such a complex for me, so I really liked it lol
