A place that I hesitate to revisit because it was disappointing in many ways. The director was gentle, meticulous, and fine, but the assistant kept using their phone in the procedure room, and then touched my face again with the hand that had touched the phone without even sanitizing their hands. Hygiene score: zero. The bed was dirty too. It was just unpleasant. Maybe because there were few staff in the treatment room, it was cramped and looked extremely busy, and when I asked the assistant about something I was curious about, they answered half-heartedly and their knowledge was not professional, so I was disappointed. It wasn't like this before.. Maybe they've decided on a high-volume, low-margin approach, because even though it's a dermatology specialist, the prices are cheap...
