It’s been almost 20 years since I had surgery. Because my epicanthal folds were severe, I only wanted epicanthoplasty, so I went for a consultation when I was in high school. At the time, I had epicanthoplasty done to the maximum, enough to be among the top five patients with the most extensive epicanthoplasty, but even now my impression still looks gentle. They made my double eyelids look very natural, so even though it was an incisional procedure, the result was good. However, maybe because of the ptosis correction, I feel like my eyes sometimes stay a bit open when I sleep.
