I tried fat-dissolving injections to help with dieting. I had several areas on both the upper and lower body done, so the total cost was high. Personally, I also followed a diet, so I lost weight, and visually the gap between my thighs became wider. After getting the injections, you need to drink a lot of water and walk a bit more than usual. (No exercise for 1 week after the injections. Walking only is recommended.) I got the steroid-free version. I was scared of liposuction and had only been dieting and exercising, but I chose this because I wanted to see dieting effects a bit faster, and overall I’m satisfied
