An acquaintance (a university classmate) had it done here and it turned out well, so I requested the same doctor and got a consultation. Maybe because it was a Saturday consultation, there were quite a few people waiting or there for follow-up checks. I waited about 20 minutes, then had the consultant consultation first and the doctor consultation afterward. What I liked was that they explained what characteristics my eyes have. My own eyes are sunken, my upper eyelid skin is very thin, and I have rather severe epicanthal folds.
Because the distance between my eyes is already on the narrow side, they did not excessively recommend medial epicanthoplasty. They said they would open only enough to improve the epicanthal folds. Since the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, they said that if the line is set high, it could look heavy or greasy. They showed me the mirror after setting the line high, and as expected, it looked heavy, and I liked the in-out line they set for me.
