The facilities did not feel brand-new, but they looked fairly clean. There was no particular issue with the consultation with the consultant, but her expression and tone were a bit... she gave a strong impression of being blunt, as if something had made her angry. The director was very kind. The diagnosis was relatively brief, but I liked that he freely and comfortably answered all the questions I had prepared.
