I went for a double eyelid surgery consultation, and as soon as I sat down, he said I could do non-incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, then I came right out. The director looked a bit annoyed. My eyes are on the closer-set side, so I asked if I really had to do epicanthoplasty because I was worried they might look even closer together, and he told me to do it. (No other hospital recommended it at all.) When I was consulting with the consultant, I asked whether epicanthoplasty would make my eyes look closer together, and she just said they have a way to prevent that, without explaining it. So I didn't do it here!
