The director is very humorous and has an easygoing personality. At first, I was really nervous about getting forehead filler, but it went well. I go periodically to get forehead Botox, and the director is always funny. At first, the consultant had suggested a slightly larger amount of filler, but when I said the amount I wanted, they said we should do that. I don’t think there was much pressure. It does feel a bit like a factory-style clinic, but among the procedures I’ve received, I’m the most satisfied with this one..
