The hospital facilities are clean, and the consultants at the reception desk are extremely kind. The consultation manager was also very kind, and I could feel that the consultation was thorough. I had heard that the director’s consultation style was blunt reality-checking, but after getting the consultation, rather than just being blunt, I really liked that he realistically explained which areas should be done and how, while also trying to match my needs. He also showed before-and-after photos of similar cases and drew directly on the screen during the consultation, which made me trust him a lot. He also placed his hand and something like a wooden stick directly against my face and, while I looked in the mirror, explained how much could be reduced and what it would look like after surgery. It was the consultation I was most satisfied with among all the hospitals I’ve visited so far!
