I didn’t have high expectations because it’s a factory-style clinic, but after getting laser hair removal about 10 times, there was definitely an effect. That said, I wasn’t even expecting outstanding kindness, but I was very disappointed in terms of service. In particular, I ended up paying 100,000 KRW more than the amount the consultation manager had quoted. It was a clinic I had continued using, and I had paid including my accumulated credit, so I thought it must have been a mistake. I called and asked them to confirm the exact price and process the payment again, but it still wasn’t resolved even after more than a day. When I got angry and said I would visit in person, only then did the manager call me... In terms of service, it was truly the worst clinic.
