I had been getting 1-year filler periodically since I was 20. I didn’t even know that you’re supposed to dissolve it after getting filler about twice, and like an idiot I built it up 4 times. The last two times, I also did Hiko nose lift together. Filler doesn’t hurt at all, but Hiko really made me tear up. If you get filler, please make sure to dissolve it I didn’t know that either, ended up looking like an Avatar, and then dissolved it... I got all four procedures at the same clinic, and I resented the clinic for not telling me^^ In the end, I had been thinking I shouldn’t get nose surgery, but after getting filler I didn’t have the confidence to keep doing that, so I dissolved it to get rhinoplasty! I heard removal hurts more than filler, so I was really scared when I went, but maybe because I’d had so many needles by then, it was bearable.. Subjectively, the pain order was filler < removal < Hiko!
