I originally did have double eyelids, but they were too thick and made my eyes look dull, so I had double eyelid surgery together with ptosis correction. As for pain, it hurt quite a bit on the day of surgery, but it got better from the next day, and the swelling was almost all gone after about 2 weeks. I’m satisfied with the shape too.
