The double eyelid surgery I had the first time came undone on only one side, so the size of my two eyes was very different. So I decided on revision surgery! (I had done it with a full incision.) After going to several places, I decided that instead of getting decision paralysis, I’d just go to one place and get the surgery there. At the place where I first had double eyelid surgery, they just used sedation anesthesia, but the second time I had awake surgery. (It hurt and was scary) But because I had awake surgery, I could make eye contact with the doctor during the operation and adjust the line. The swelling hasn’t all gone down yet, so I’m not sure if it turned out well.
