After waiting about 10 minutes, I first had a consultation with the director. They explained the nose shape in detail and gave me a full estimate. I said there were parts I wanted to exclude, but they honestly said it would be difficult to do it that way. The consultant did not feel overly kind, which I actually liked, and there was no pressure at all to make a reservation or pay a deposit, so it felt comfortable.
