I was a man with thick nasal skin, a low nasal bridge, a wide and round nasal tip, and an upturned nose. The result was a complete failure. I know thick nasal skin can’t be helped, but I had still expected some degree of effect, so I’m that much more disappointed. One more thing: I had the surgery at an ENT clinic, but if I have a third surgery, I’ll have it done by a plastic surgery specialist.
