I liked that the director felt very approachable and seemed to explain things diligently. The clinic isn’t large, but since it’s a private clinic, it wasn’t crowded, and the interior was clean with a quiet atmosphere. The staff were kind too, and the manager was also kind and summarized the key points briefly and well.
