Breast Reduction Surgery: Day-of and Day-2 Review

Hello! After a lot of thought, just like many of you, I decided to have breast surgery and wanted to share my post-op review.

[Concerns before surgery] Before deciding on surgery, my biggest concern was neck and shoulder pain. Because of my breasts, my posture got worse, and that made daily life uncomfortable. In particular, the stiffness in my neck and shoulders kept getting worse, so I eventually started considering surgery.

[What made me decide on surgery] Seeing myself in the mirror, I felt so upset about how saggy my breasts looked. I decided to have surgery to give myself more confidence and to live a healthier, more comfortable life.

[Why I chose the hospital] While looking up a lot of information online and in various communities, I saw result photos from people who had surgery and ended up choosing this hospital. Satisfaction with the surgical results seemed high, and the reviews were positive, so I felt I could trust them.

[Recovery process] On the day of surgery, I felt dizzy, probably because I had general anesthesia. But as time passes, I’m gradually getting better, and especially now on day 2, the amount collecting in the blood drain is decreasing compared with yesterday. I’m relieved because it feels like I’m recovering well.

[Current condition] I still have some pain around the armpit area, but it’s not unbearable. I believe it will get better with time. I’m going to manage the painful areas well with help from the hospital and focus on recovery.

For reference, the cost can vary depending on the surgical method and choices, so if you want an accurate cost and consultation, it’s best to contact the hospital directly.

I’m still recovering, but I hope this helps even a little for those who are considering it! Thank you
