I want revision surgery into a thin in-line crease that starts attached at the front, and for my nose, I showed them Kim Yoo-jung’s nose. The quotes are regular price / event price.
1. ㅁㅂ Director ㄱㅈㅎ (nose) - Took a CT scan - I was late, and because I also had to consult with the eye director afterward, I couldn’t have a long consultation due to the schedule, but the director kindly explained all the materials - Compared with my small nose, my septal cartilage size is not small, but to get the shape I want, costal cartilage was recommended - No need for alar reduction, nose only -> 338 - Because my nose is very small and short, donated costal cartilage added -> 90 Director ㅅㅇㅎ (eyes) - There isn’t much difference in the mm height of the eye lines on both sides, but structurally one eye is more sunken, so the eyes are asymmetrical; since the distance to the eyebrows is close, it would be difficult to improve the puffy look - Considering the bone and eye structure, the first surgery was not a botched surgery, and it would be difficult to see major improvement with revision surgery - Excision (not double-line excision; I don’t remember whether ptosis correction was included) -> 374 / 340 ** Honestly, I went because I liked the nose shape there, but it was disappointing that I couldn’t get a proper nose consultation because of the eye consultation afterward. For the eyes, they are not even revision surgery specialists, and they said major improvement would be difficult, so I thought, should I really spend that money and take the risk of revision surgery...?
2.ㅂㅇㅇ Director ㅇㅅㅇ (nose) - Took a CT scan - Showed me with Photoshop how it would look if using septal cartilage and costal cartilage - When I said I wanted to avoid an implant, they said ear cartilage could also be used for about 2 cm of the nasal bridge instead of silicone - They recommended costal cartilage to get a certain level of surgical effect - Cotton is removed the next day, stitches on day 7 - Bulbous nose, short nose, columella lowering, nostril lowering -> 349 - If donated costal cartilage is added -> additional 150 - Total -> 499 (with review event) Director ㄱㅌㅎ (eyes) - When measuring the line height in mm, there was a 0.5 mm difference; for an average person this would not be asymmetry, but because of the eye structure, one side is sunken, so they are asymmetrical / diagnosis similar to ㅁㅂ - Since my eyes are already open-looking now, lateral and lower canthoplasty cannot be done - My eyebrows are close to my eyes now, and the line is high, so one side is definitely sausage-like; for the other side, structurally it wasn’t a botched surgery, and further improvement would be difficult - Double-line excision on one side only, fat repositioning -> 236 (I don’t remember if this price includes ptosis correctionㅠ) - Free AS for 1 year / swelling laser for one month ** Both consultations felt professional, and the wait wasn’t long I was tempted because I liked the Photoshopped nose shape the nose director showed me For eye revision, they said they would only do one eye and that major improvement would likely be difficult, so I don’t want to take the risk of double-line excision. Also, since it’s only one side, the cost felt too expensive
3.ㅌㅇㅅ (consultation fee 10,000 won) Director ㅇㅈㅍ (nose) - Took a CT scan - 3-part nose surgery, short nose, donated costal cartilage -> 479 / 399 Director ㅇㅈㅍ (eyes) - Here too, they said the same thing about my eye structure and said they would improve the asymmetry by matching it to the smaller eye - Ptosis correction, fat repositioning, double-line excision -> 380 / 330 - 1 year AS - Guardian can check CCTV in real time on an iPad - Swelling laser - 60-minute esthetic care - Vitamin IV drip ** Originally I had designated another director, but because their surgery delayed the consultation time, I switched and consulted with Director ㅇㅈㅍ They said there would be no wait if I changed directors, but I waited a lot.. I liked the reviews, so I did pay a deposit (10 percent of the surgery cost...), but at the next consultation they said double-line excision wasn’t necessary, and the wait was too long and it felt too much like a factory-style clinic, so I’m debating And they said if I cancel, only 90 percent of the deposit will be refunded
I did go to more places afterward, but I haven’t organized them yet, so I’ll post up to here. The more I go, the less I know; it’s getting harderㅠ
