I did not do fat grafting, only repositioning, and in the beginning, there was a subtle under-eye rolling-in feeling that I noticed when looking in the mirror, and it lasted for several months, so I was freaking out, but I thought maybe it was conjunctival edema... and after enduring a few more months, it is okay now. The major swelling goes down quickly, but those minor side effects seem to last a long time.
